A homemade mask is not a medical device and is not certified to protect against illness or airborne particles. Do not rely on it where professional protective equipment is required, and follow guidance from qualified health authorities and your own clinician. Fabrics, dyes, glues, paints and wires can irritate skin or cause allergic reactions, so test materials first and stop using anything that causes discomfort. Take care with needles, scissors, irons and machines, and keep small parts away from young children.
Ownership of content
The articles, layout and original images are owned by the operator or used with permission. You may read the pages, quote short extracts with a clear mention of the source, and share links freely. You need written permission before you copy whole articles, repost them elsewhere or use them for commercial purposes.
